There comes a point in time where people become intangible and solely fill our memories. No matter how hard we try to feel, smell, or hear them, they've simply become ghosts. The difficult thing to know is that we all have them. You could be someone's ghost.
This video is a series of "interviews" about the people I once loved. Whether they hurt me, or I hurt them, this is my apology. Focusing all of my energy on each person, I move to their memories. I felt the wordless power of emotion was more appropriate than telling what really happened. The images and videos projected over me starts with my sadness, despair, apathy, frustration, and anger. It then leads to the end, which is finding true happiness. You must suffer a little to love a lot.
Photos were saved on my computer over the course of time, spare the first segment which I took to Facebook for.
A big thanks to Janson Rapisarda for the cigarette donation. Music by Beach House, tracks Take Care, Real Love, and Better Times off their album Teen Dream.
