Finishing up my junior year of college has been a rather unreal experience. I feel as though I've finished strong and I'm definitely ready to tackle my senior year. I have summer school to think of, and although that will make summer just a little bit miserable I am hoping that it will make my senior year a tad easier. I also received an internship with Deb Brehmer at the Portrait Society. I had Deb as a teacher, and although she is one tough cookie, outside of the classroom she is a truly thrilling person. I'm looking forward to being her intern and working with her.
Things to look forward to this summer:
- Pitchfork Music Festival
- Camping
- My 21st birthday
- Working on an extensive body of work I started a while ago
- Spending beach days with my favorite people
- Being adventurous and taking risks
